Property Rush is an independent Monopoly-style property-trading board game for 2 to 6 players, played free in the browser. Land on a city nobody owns and buy it; everyone who stops there afterwards pays you rent. Own a whole country and its rent doubles. A city someone declines goes to auction. Trade with rivals, mortgage or sell when cash runs short, and build to raise the rent. The last player standing wins, or the richest when the host's round limit runs out. A game takes about 45 minutes.
Make a table, share the five-letter room code, and friends join from any phone or laptop. Guests need no account and there is nothing to download.
