Creators upload campaign work, studios publish games to the Arcade, and players share build room posts on Bounty Board. If you believe any of it infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent and we will remove or disable the material while the claim is handled. This page follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Designated agent
Copyright Agent, Bounty Board Company
Email: admin@bountyboard.gg
What a notice must include
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
- The material on Bounty Board you want removed, with a link to each page where it appears.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Notices missing these items may not be actionable. Knowingly false claims can create liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Counter notices
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter notice to the same agent. Include your signature, the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address, and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any district where Bounty Board may be found if you are outside the United States) and to service from the person who sent the original notice. We forward counter notices to the original sender and may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, in appropriate circumstances. Removed Arcade games and campaign work count toward this. See the Terms of Service for the rest of our content rules.
