About this game

MECHA REDLINE is a short browser shooter built as a tribute to late 1990s arcade mecha games, with low poly graphics in the style of PlayStation era 3D and 90s anime. You pilot the REDLINE mech through a four mission campaign of bullet hell combat, cutting through waves of hostile gears while your operator feeds you radio chatter and mission context.

Each mission escalates toward bosses that want the sector wiped out, so the game stays focused on movement, shooting and surviving dense patterns of enemy fire. Hold Shift to focus when the gaps get tight, and press Z or X to fire a burst when the screen fills up. The retro interface and anime framing make it feel like a forgotten arcade cabinet running on early 3D hardware.

It runs in a desktop browser with keyboard and mouse or a gamepad, and the campaign is short enough to finish in one sitting.
