CubeSmash

CubeSmash is a free voxel war game that runs in the browser, with nothing to download or install. You start above the field as a commander: raise a keep, put up farms and archer towers, and send knights and archers down the lanes at the enemy stronghold. Then you drop into your own Champion and fight at eye level in the middle of the army you just deployed, the same battle and the same soldiers seen from inside.

A single player campaign crosses a world map region by region, and what you win there, from building levels to weapons, magic and weapon skins, carries into everything else. Skirmish and Gold Rush are one off battles against the computer. Multiplayer is played with friends by invitation or on shared wifi with a four digit PIN, and All Out is a three way fight where the last keep standing wins. Everything for sale is cosmetic, so nobody can buy a stronger army.
